Trading platform for forex
EXANTE offers its own trading platform that supports forex trading and other instruments. The EXANTE trading platform is available on mobile, tablet, and desktop, and it has a network of 1,100 servers across the world that allows the broker to provide ultra-low latency and safe data transfers in trade execution. The trading platform is equipped with a full set of features and functionalities ranging from risk management setting, margin utilisation warning, and a variety of chart indicators that can be used to spot trends and patterns.
For forex traders who want to execute more complex strategies, EXANTE also offer their HTTP API. This allows forex traders to design fast financial apps such as a smart messenger bot that offers real-time currency pair price quote updates. They can also build their own smart app to obtain raw data from market sources to facilitate efficient forex trading.
Products available
EXANTE offers a wide range of over 600,000 financial instruments for traders to invest in. This includes forex, metals, stocks, ETFs, options, futures, and bonds from over 50 global markets. Traders can gain direct access to some of the most popular exchanges around the world, including the NASDAQ, the NYSE, the LSE, the HKEX, the ASX, and the TYO.
Particularly, for forex traders, the broker offers 50 currency pairs, including majors, minors, and exotics. Exotics will have to be requested by contacting a client manager. However, this is a solid range of currency pairs available, and traders can trade with leverage and tight spreads. The broker also promotes ultra-low latency in trade execution to reduce the possibility of slippage. Rates differ depending on the trade size, instrument being traded, and the trader’s account type, but they are kept to a minimum. A commission is also charged, that is kept minimal for frequent retail traders.
Funding methods and pricing
Forex traders with EXANTE can begin participating in the live forex market when they meet the minimum account balance requirement for their trading account. For individual accounts, the minimum balance is 10,000 EUR/GBP or its equivalent in another currency. For corporate accounts, the minimum balance is 50,000 EUR/GBP or its equivalent in another currency.
The benefit of working with EXANTE is that forex traders can fund their account in EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, AUD, CZK, and PLN, keeping in mind that the official exchange rate on the day will apply. Funds that are added in one currency will remain in the currency of choice unless the trader decides to convert them.
When it comes to depositing funds, EXANTE allows their clients to use wire transfer or SEPA, and transfers take anywhere from 1 to 4 business days. One thing to keep in mind when depositing funds is that wire transfers may cost money depending on the bank the client works with, and EXANTE will not cover the fee.
Forex traders can withdraw money from their accounts with a small fee of 30 EUR/GBP or its equivalent in another currency. The fee applies every time funds are withdrawn, instead of being a one-time charge. Another thing to note is that empty accounts with a balance under 100 EUR/GBP may be closed after two years of inactivity.
Bottom line
EXANTE Sec. is a great broker for forex traders who are looking to gain access to over 50 currency pairs including majors, minors, and exotics. Traders can trade with tight spreads and view 100% live prices when they have met their account minimum balance requirement. The stand-out feature of EXANTE is certainly their multi-currency account, which allows traders to deposit and store funds in multiple currencies, including EUR, GBP, PLN, AUD, CZK, USD, CHF, and more. This makes it extremely easy to diversify one’s portfolio, and it is also a great way of trading efficiently for those who tend to place trades in multiple currencies.
